California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) was enacted to give consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them.
The CCPA establishes certain criteria by which businesses can determine whether or not it applies to them. Voxpopme does not meet those criteria. Voxpopme recognizes, however, that our customers may meet those criteria and accordingly may wish to ensure that their use of Voxpopme’s services meet the requirements of the CCPA.
This page is intended to provide information about how we process personal information on behalf of our customers as that processing is addressed by the CCPA.
Voxpopme does not sell any personal information obtained from Voxpopme customers. Further Voxpopme will:
- Keep personal information confidential, and process personal information obtained from customers for the purpose of providing services as further indicated by our agreements with those customers and/or our privacy policy.
- Process personal information for internal business purposes or as otherwise authorized by the CCPA.
- Provide reasonable assistance to customers in meeting compliance obligations related to consumer rights requests.
