Voxpopme Self-signup Subscription FAQs
If you’ve signed up to Voxpopme through our website, this document will provide the answer to frequently asked questions to get you up and running with your Voxpopme subscription.
How do I invite my colleagues?
If you’re on a Team subscription plan or Pro subscription plan, you’ll have the option to add additional users to your account. Your subscription plan will come with a number of user seats already included (3 for Team, 5 for Pro). Select the ‘Invite team members’ button from the header to invite your colleagues.
If you’ve run out of seats, you can add extra by selecting ‘Buy more seat quantity’.
You will be redirected to the billing area.
Note – your subscription plan counts towards 1 ‘quantity’, this initial purchase includes the total number of seats available within the subscription (3 for Team, 5 for Pro).
When will my credit card details be charged?
Voxpopme offers a 14-day free trial. Credit card details are NOT required to sign-up. Should you provide your credit card details, however, you can cancel anytime. Voxpopme provides free access to the Voxpopme platform, along with the option to get started with your first video surveys, at no cost.
How do I upgrade my account?
If you’re looking to access more features, capture more survey completes, or add more user seats, you may want to upgrade your subscription plan. This can all be done from within the Voxpopme platform. To upgrade, click ‘Manage Payments’, available from the user icon dropdown:
You will be redirected to the billing area. From there, you can select to ‘Update plan’ to see a list of plans available to you.
Note: this needs to be replaced 2X, once in “How do I upgrade my account?” and another in “How do I downgrade my account?
How do I downgrade my account?
If you’re looking to downgrade your subscription plan, this can all be done from within the Voxpopme platform. To downgrade, click ‘Manage Payments’, available from the user icon dropdown:
You will be redirected to the billing area. Here, you can select to ‘Update plan’, from there, you will see a list of plans available to you. Simply choose the plan you’d like to downgrade to by selecting ‘Continue’. You will be provided with additional information and the monthly subscription cost going forward. The downgrade will come into effect from the first day of your new billing cycle. Once you’re happy, hit ‘Confirm’ to proceed with the new subscription plan.
How do I cancel my account?
If you’re looking to cancel your subscription, head to the ‘Manage Payments’ area, available from the user icon dropdown:
You will be redirected to the billing area. Here, you can select ‘Cancel plan’.
You will be asked to confirm if you would like to cancel and to select a reason for canceling.
