In this video guide, you’ll learn how to import videos gathered from other research methods, such as focus groups or one-on-one interviews, into Voxpopme. Once imported, Voxpopme will transcribe the video audio and allow you to use analysis tools to extract deeper insights and create compelling showreels.

Import External Videos: Upload videos from external sources by navigating to the “Projects” tab in Voxpopme. Choose the “Import Video” project template and either drag and drop your files or browse to select specific video files for upload.
New or Existing Projects: After selecting your videos, you can either add them to an existing project or create a new one. For example, you might name a new project “Import Video Tutorial” to keep your imports organized.
Automatic Transcription: Once uploaded, Voxpopme will process your videos and automatically transcribe the audio into text. The time required depends on the number and size of the video files, but you can navigate away from the page while processing occurs.
View and Analyze Videos: After processing, your videos will appear in your project. You can switch between list view or group view to explore individual video responses, review transcripts, and begin using the data for analysis.
Create Showreels: As you review transcripts and videos, you can easily add selected clips into a showreel to share key insights with your team or stakeholders.
