Flag and Remove Video Responses in Voxpopme to Ensure Data Quality
In this video guide, you’ll learn how to flag or remove video responses from your Voxpopme projects. Whether due to quality issues or other concerns, this process allows you to maintain the integrity of your data.
Key features include:
Quality Assurance (QA) Review: Voxpopme’s QA team reviews videos for audio and visual issues. If a video doesn’t meet quality standards, it will be automatically declined. However, you also have the option to flag responses manually.
Flagging a Response: To flag a video response, navigate to the response, click the three-dot menu in the top right corner, and select “Report Response.” From there, choose the appropriate reason, such as “Quality Concern.”
Support Team Review: Once reported, the response is sent to the Voxpopme support team for review. If deemed necessary, the response will be removed from the project.
Replacing Flagged Responses: If the project is still active, flagging or removing a response will free up a space, allowing you to recruit a new response in its place.
These features ensure you can manage the quality of your video responses, helping you keep your research data clean and reliable.
