Getting to Know Your Dashboard

When logging into the Voxpopme portal, you’ll land on the dashboard view. Displayed here are your most recently viewed projects and lists. This is unique to you, and will update as you move through your projects and lists in the portal.

Glossary

What’s a project?

A project contains the video responses captured for a particular study. Select the project you wish to review the responses of. From here, you can view the video responses, review the transcripts, search and filter your content, check out Theme Explorer, sentiment analysis, the word cloud and more.

What’s a showreel?

A showreel is a collection of video clips, snippets, and slides that you would like to create a showreel from. You can create a showreel from the responses tab of your project.

Navigating the Platform

Create new project

Use the Create new project button, accessible from the dashboard and projects view, to create and launch your studies. Start building your study with the Project Setup Wizard, use best practices and templated questions to design your study in minutes, and distribute with ease.

Projects

Use the left-hand navigation to view all of the projects on your account that you have access to. For each project you will see the project name and question asked, as well as other supporting information. Use the checkbox selection to choose multiple projects you wish to analyze together.

Showreels (previously called Lists)

You can view your showreels from the Showreel Editor (previously called Lists) in the left menu. By clicking into a showreel, you can view all clips and snippets added to a showreel. These showreels can be downloaded or shared via a link.

Search

Use the search bar to search across all of your projects and showreels, as well as all of the responses within the projects. When searching against the responses, the system will look for your search term in the responses’ transcripts, additional data, and tags added.
