Save Time by Duplicating Projects in Voxpopme

Duplicating an Existing Project: Instead of starting from scratch, you can duplicate a past project. For example, if you ran a project on “Christmas Gifts” last year, duplicating it allows you to reuse the setup, including questions and audience information.

Accessing the Duplicate Option: Select the project you want to duplicate from the dashboard or navigate to the “Projects” tab to view all of your projects. Once inside the project, click the three-dot menu on the right and select “Duplicate Project.”

Editing the Duplicated Project: Once the project is duplicated, click the pencil icons in each section to update the project details. Start by renaming the project to distinguish it from the original, then update information such as the project background, start date, audience settings, screeners, and quotas.

Adjusting Video Questions: In the final section, review and update the video questions to reflect any new objectives or changes in your research. This ensures your project is ready for the current study.

Submitting for Review: After updating all sections, submit your project for review. Once approved, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know that your project is live.
