Creating a Project

To create a project, click ‘Create Project’ on the Voxpopme dashboard. You’ll be taken through our Project Setup Wizard. Watch this video for an in-depth tour of the project setup wizard from our customer success team👇🏻

What happens after I submit my project?

If you are using your own audience and sharing your video survey via a link, you’ll get an email with your survey link which you can share with your customers. If you are using  Voxpopme’s OnDemand community, it takes 1-4 hours to review your survey. Once it is reviewed, it will go live and our panel of Influence app users will get your survey.

How do I share my survey link?

Once you create your project, your survey link will be emailed to you. You can also see your survey link in the “Project Details” tab.

How do I embed my survey in another platform?

To add video capabilities to other survey platforms, embed a video survey into it and see the results in Voxpopme’s platform. Note: This feature is not available on all plans. For pricing and plan information, contact us.
