This year’s winners were selected through a comprehensive process. First, more than 200 nominations were reviewed by a dedicated team of eight judges who identified the 24 finalists. The finalists were then put to a popular vote, with over 750 votes cast to select the award winners.

From capturing authentic customer feedback to integrating multiple research methodologies, each winner has set a new benchmark for excellence in customer insights. The winners of The Viddy’s 2024 Customer Excellence Awards were:
- British Red Cross: Jackaline Chow, Senior Product Development Officer, and Emma Smith, Senior Voice of the Supporter Manager, from British Red Cross earned the Best Use of Video Surveys award for tackling the challenge of understanding customer preferences at scale. - Trivago: The Excellence in Customer-Centricity award was presented to Ece Okumus, Consumer Insights Manager, Diana Kazakova, Global Consumer Insights Manager, and Marilu Arroyo Aguilar, Global Consumer Insights & Measurement Lead, at Trivago, who built an always-on customer feedback program, ensuring customer voices were central to every decision
- InComm Payments: Tammy McGill, Head of Market Research, at InComm Payments won the Excellence in Comprehensive Qualitative Research award for seamlessly integrating video surveys, AI insights, and interviews to achieve a 360-degree understanding of their customers, delivering actionable insights with significant impact.
